Entry Level Structural Engineer

Structural Engineer

Engineering Technician (Designer/Drafter)
At ShawCo, part of the role encompasses creating drawings with Autodesk softwares, but also includes providing constructibility input, verifying the accuracy of drawings, and contributing to the overall success of the project. An engineering technician plays a critical role because ShawCo’s drawings are what represent our company. If you like a challenge (not just “drafting” drawings), and you want to contribute (not just be told what to do), then this could be for you.
Field Services Engineer
Are you a hands-on kind of engineer? Don’t like to be trapped behind a desk all the time and want to get out in the field? Then ShawCo has the perfect position for you: field services engineer. The position consists of a balance of being in the office and working on inspections and construction activities. A knowledge of structural engineering basics is desired, but having a desire to see the gritty side of engineering is a must!
